A tapestry evening bag dating from the 1910's. To the front the brass frame is highly decorative with semi precious stones. Clear turquoise blue and possibly amber. The bag opens by pulling back the decorative rectangular latch. Underneath the latch is a silvery white rectangle. The chain handle of the bag is made of brass. The chain hooks on the brass frame are incredibly decorative, almost like little crowns. The back of the brass frame is simply decorated.
